SB One Bank has come into Hudson County, setting up shop at 1000 Avenue of Port Imperial in Weehawken. With an eye on serving local consumers and businesses via commercial lending, wealth management and insurance services, SB One adds its name to the short list of community banking outfits serving our market.
“Community banking entails local decision making,” says Vito Giannola, Senior Executive Vice President. “We’re looking to grow organically along with our customers, working with local businesses and local non-profits as part of a commitment to building strong community relationships.”
Originally starting in 1975 as Sussex Bank, SB One has evolved to become a full-service bank, with 18 branches throughout New Jersey and New York. After purchasing the commercial property in Weehawken, SB One is excited about the prospect of meeting the dynamic needs of its Hudson County customers.
“We have a lot of great relationships already in Hudson County,” says Giannola. “We are excited to offer our business banking products and services with a physical location and our elite Retail and Commercial banking team now in the market.”
The Weehawken Banking Center is available Monday through Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm.
