It’s relatively early in the campaign, and there’s a lot that could happen between now and November. But recent developments in the Executive Branch have made it clear that we need to map a pragmatic path for the future of this country, and after careful thought and analysis, I’ve reached the conclusion that Tom Hagen is just the man for president in 2020. His résumé speaks for itself, and his body of work is very much in line with contemporary leadership tactics we’ve gotten used to out of Washington.
Don’t be fooled by his unassuming German-Irish background—Hagen has dedicated much of his life to working toward greater legal protections for immigrant families.
For decades, he has served as chief counsel to an oil company (*olive oil), watching it grow to become bigger than U.S. Steel. Throughout those many years, Hagen has worked intimately with judges, Congressmen, Senators—specifically those from the great State of Nevada—as well as a variety of regulatory commissions, at the local, state, national and international levels.
Hagen certainly has the chops to get the work done. He has aggressively negotiated contracts with big-time Hollywood producers. He has also worked side-by-side with a consortium of international investors—namely General Food Company, United Telephone & Telegraph, the Pan-American Mining Corporation, South American Sugar, Michael Corleone of Nevada (who works in tourism and leisure activities), and financier Hyman Roth, of Florida.
Despite his distinctive fedora, Hagen has worn many hats in his ever-evolving role as counsel. While serving as a passionate advocate for small businesses development here at home, Tom has assertively explored emerging markets to find opportunities for growth. He has dealt with everything from corruption in our law enforcement ranks, to the dangers of illicit drugs in our communities—and seen first-hand the devastating results of treachery and collusion with those who conspire to undermine traditional Family values.
Suffice to say, Hagen brings a unique yet comprehensive skill set to his candidacy. For example, none of his fellow candidates come close to the hands-on experience he have in dealing with whistleblowers—specifically those who are testifying before Congress.
Tom Hagen was a troubled kid from the mean streets of New York, who has gone on to sit in the room with some of the world’s most powerful leaders. Through it all, he has grown to learn the true value of loyalty—which can only be attributed to a strong Family life.
In the past, his critics have questioned his effectiveness in a wartime situation. Looking back upon the epic saga of his career, Hagen has more than answered those questions.
For too long now, we’ve been going to the mattresses in this country. It’s time for the in-fighting to stop as we look ahead to the future—because if this is the way we’re going to do things, then we should at least do them right.
If the current administration has taught us anything, it’s that in a world full of Sonnys and Fredos, someone needs to be the Tom Hagen.
Someone needs to “Make America An Offer It Can’t Refuse.”
