A HOBOKEN TALE — Original Christmas Musical by Garden Street School of the Performing Arts; Dec 11-13th
Garden Street School of the Performing Arts is holding its 4th Annual Production of the original musical, “A Hoboken Tale”. This original musical was written by local resident Dan McLoughlin who has been a resident and business owner in Hoboken for over a decade. All of the characters, songs and story are based on real Hoboken folks, stories and the Christmas Season. It’s a show that families love to go see and is part of their holiday tradition.
Members of the Garden Street Children’s Musical Theater Company aged 7-15 have been rehearsing the production under the direction of Broadway veteran Lisa Capps whose credits include Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Growing Pains and more. Also Broadway’s Don Brewer will play the title role of Mister Fabrini.
Performances will take place at Hoboken High School on Dec 11th at 7:00pm, Dec 12th at 2pm and 7pm, and Dec 13th at 3pm Tickets are $10.00 with general admission seating. For tickets please call 201-683-9100 or email dance@gardenstreetmusic.com.
