CSBK: New Locations, New-and-Improved Capabilities
For CSBK, the Grand Opening of its Hoboken Banking Center is the latest in a roster of recent endeavors. In just the past 18 months, the bank also has shortened its name from Clifton Savings Bank, undergone a top-down rebranding effort, introduced a groundbreaking mobile application, and announced plans to occupy a retail space in another new market: Montclair.
CSBK has technology and resources to outperform larger banks. For example, the bank’s trendsetting mobile app includes a unique picture bill-pay feature that allows users to pay a bill simply by snapping a picture of it, entering an amount and selecting a delivery timeframe. The CSBK Mobile app then stores payee information to make paying the next bill even easier.
Meanwhile, community involvement is a fundamental part of CSBK culture. Throughout the lead up to the Hoboken Banking Center’s opening, the institution has been involved in key community events such as the Hoboken Harvest Festival; donations to the Elysian and Hola charter schools; and sponsorships of the Mile Square Theater’s first season at The Artisan and Hoboken House, among others.
CSBK (Clifton Savings Bank) is a metropolitan, community-focused bank serving residents and small businesses in Northern New Jersey, with emphasis on customers who prefer simplicity, sincerity and sound advice – delivered through helpful, knowledgeable bankers.
