WE GOT THE MUTZ: An Exclusive Look at MutzFest 2017 | PHOTO GALLERY
Hoboken MutzFest is an annual celebration of the city’s most delicious mozzarella, with some of the city’s top eateries serving up their own special homemade mutz and selection of signature menu items. This year Subaru, SUEZ and Polly-O were on board as the top sponsors, helping to put on the best show ever.
All event proceeds benefit the Hoboken Family Alliance and its programs to support children with special needs, including Hoboken Bike Camp for individuals with disabilities, along with the organization’s community-wide philanthropic efforts.
Participating mutzmakers included:
- M&P Biancamano, 1116 Washington St.
- Margherita’s Pizza & Cafe, 740 Washington St.
- Rosticeria da Gigi, 916 Washington St.
- Tony Boloney’s, 263 1st St.
- Vito’s Italian Deli, 806 Washington St.
with Losurdo Bros (410 Second St.) handling the VIP Menu.
It should come as no surprise that tickets to MutzFest are among the most sought after in town. Thankfully Joe Epstein Photography was on hand to capture the event, managing to snap some great photos while enjoying a few plates of some of the most incredible fare our town has to offer.
