Spring has sprung and with it a new wave of buyers have emerged. We have definitely seen an uptick in the number of active buyers, but the inventory is slow to match.
With our Spring market gathering momentum we are starting to see more new listings, but are there enough to satisfy this new wave of buyers?
Next week we will take a closer look at exactly what is available in our different areas.
Here’s a look at this week’s numbers:
Hoboken:
Studio /1-Bedrooms
New Listings:
15 new listings. The average price is $555,729 the average price per sq/ft is $735.
Sold Listings:
11 property closed. The average price was $524,181, the average price per sq/ft was $670 and the average days on market was 41.
2-Bedrooms:
New Listings:
5 new listings. The average price is $865,800 and the average price per sq/ft is $678.
Sold Listings:
10 properties closed. The average price was $733,110, the average price per sq/ft was $700 and the average days on market was 41.
3-Bedrooms:

6 new listings. The average price is $842,983 and the average price per sq/ft is $580.
Sold Listings:
