Now that we are in the midst of our Spring market, we felt it was a good time to review what is currently available across our different areas.
Although we are not suffering as much as other areas in terms of lack of inventory, we certainly have less than we would normally have available at this time of the year.
We have definitely seen an increase in activity, with a number of properties receiving multiple offers and overall the average days on market is declining.
