Well, we have had quite a week—stock market chaos, mortgage rate drops, and the coronavirus.

How does all of this affect the real estate market? That remains to be seen. What is apparent is that the wheels of commerce are still turning.

Should you be out looking for homes right now? With historically low interest rates and some great homes on the market the simple answer is yes.

Realtors throughout our area will be hosting open houses this week, some by appointment only. If you are attending an open house apply the same rules as you would to anything else. Wash your hands and avoid touching surfaces.
