PUTTIN’ ON THE MUTZ: Hoboken MutzFest Returns — SUNDAY, JAN. 28

Polite conversation in Hoboken forbids the discussion of religion, politics and mutz.
Everybody has their favorite, and with such exceptional options to choose from city-wide, we’re all the better for it.
But when it comes to actually crowning the “Best Mutz in Hoboken,” it can get a little fierce—as bragging rights in this town tend to go a long way.
That said, it should come as no surprise that tickets to the annual Hoboken MutzFest are among the most sought after in town. This celebration of the city’s most delicious mozzarella features some of the city’s top eateries serving up their own special homemade mutz and selection of signature menu items.

- Frankie & Ava’s, 208 Washington St.
- M&P Biancamano, 1116 Washington St.
- Margherita’s Pizza & Cafe, 740 Washington St.
- Tony Boloney’s, 263 1st St.
- Vito’s Italian Deli, 806 Washington St.
