So you just bought some beautiful garlic, scallions, tomatillos, cilantro, and purple daikon radishes from the Hoboken Farmers’ Market?
Add avocado and lime to the mix, and all of a sudden avocado toast feels so last year, while your tortilla chips will be out with Monday night’s cardboard.
What you’ll need:
- 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 3 tomatillos (husked)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- A handful of cilantro
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
- 2 scallion bulbs and part of the green
Whirl it all in a blender or mini chopper to desired consistency.
Peel and slice the radishes thin, and dip in!
