SOCK IT TO ME: D’s Soul Full Café Hosts Charity Sock Drive and Holiday Celebration — SUNDAY, DEC. 20

According to the Hoboken Homeless Shelter, one item that is often overlooked but desperately needed is SOCKS. Since many spend most of their days walking, the homeless put socks through more wear in a week than most people do in a year. It is a constant need, and with the winter coming, the need for warm, clean socks is even more desperate.

On December 20, 2015 bring in a new pack of ankle-length crew socks to D’s Soul Full Café and be entered in a raffle to win a $20 D’s Gift Card.

Don’t just do it for the free food, do it for that by gosh by golly mistletoe and holly glow in your heart.

To make the day more festive, Allison Strong and Marrick Smith playing holiday favorites and all ’round brightening up the stage at D’s. Plus rumor has it that special guests will show up… wearing Santa hats and reindeer antlers.
