Hoboken Public Education Foundation Co-Founder and President, Shirael Pollack said she was thrilled with what had been achieved to date, but there was still so much to do with the support of Hoboken’s community.
“We are a group of volunteers deeply committed to enhancing and elevating the public education experience of all children in Hoboken, but we cannot deliver these important initiatives without crucial sponsorship, donations or event attendance.”
“So it’s wonderful to see parents, community members and local businesses join our mission and come together as one to help preserve and improve the quality of public education in Hoboken.”
“I’m especially thrilled to see responsible corporate organizations giving back to their community and actively involved in the advancement of local public schools.”
“After all, an investment in our children’s education today is a valuable investment in Hoboken’s future.”
There are a range of special products and unique experiences generously donated from local businesses for the Gala online auction, which anyone – attending the event or not – can bid on.
“From awesome sporting tickets to an exclusive Newport rental, there are more than 70 amazing prizes up for grabs!” said Ms. Pollack. “It’s all about having a lot of fun, while supporting a great cause.”
