Hoboken PATH Train Service Faces Further Late-Night/Weekend Disruption

Weeknight Service Changes

• JSQ to 33 St via HOB

Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6
12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. each day

NY-bound trains to 33 St will not stop at Hoboken

• Transfer at Newport for a WTC/HOB shuttle train to Hoboken.
• The shuttle train will also run between HOB and WTC, making stops at Hoboken, Newport, Exchange Place, and World Trade Center.
• Hoboken customers should travel to Newport and transfer for the 33rd Street-bound train.

NJ-bound trains from 33 St to JSQ via HOB will operate normal weeknight service, and will stop at Hoboken.

Weekend Service Changes

• Hoboken Station
• JSQ to 33 St via HOB

3 a.m. – 8 a.m., Sunday, January 8 – PATH will not operate to/from Hoboken

• For service to Hoboken, transfer to the Hudson Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) at Newport.
• For service from Hoboken, take HBLR to Newport and transfer to the PATH system.NOTE: During these hours NJ Transit will provide HBLR service between Newport and Hoboken. NJ Transit will cross-honor PATH customerson the HBLR.

8 a.m. – 11:59 p.m., Sunday, January 8 – No direct service to/from Hoboken

• For service to Hoboken, transfer to “Special” train at Newport.
• For service from Hoboken, take “Special” train to Newport and transfer for trains to JSQ or 33 St.

12:01 a.m. – 5 a.m., Monday, January 9 – NY-bound trains to 33 St will not stop at Hoboken

• Transfer at Newport for a WTC/HOB shuttle train to Hoboken.
• The shuttle train will also run between HOB and WTC, making stops at Hoboken, Newport, Exchange Place, and World Trade Center.
• Hoboken customers should travel to Newport and transfer for the 33rd Street-bound train.
