A popular song composed by Burton Lane, Ralph Freed‘s lyrics tend to get worked over a bit—depending on the singer. The song was introduced in the 1941 film Babes on Broadway by Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney.

On Songs For Swingin’ Lovers!, Frank Sinatra and Nelson Riddle playfully confessed their appreciation for a Gershwin tune, potato chips, moonlight, motor trips, good books, and James Durante’s looks—for one of the most memorable tracks in Frank’s repertoire.
