‘Ain’t That a Kick in the Head…” — New York Giants Release Steve Weatherford

The New York Giants have released punter Steve Weatherford, who lives here in Hoboken with his wife Laura and four children—Ace, Carney, Aurora, and Josie.

Weatherford, known for his outstanding physical fitness and tremendously outgoing personality, is a fan-favorite throughout the New York Metro Area—due no small part to his significant work with various philanthropic organizations via the Steve Weatherford World Champion Foundation.

Weatherford was part of the squad that beat the previously undefeated New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.
