CENT’ANNI: Hoboken Celebrates Frank Sinatra at 100
We’ve been burning the candle for Sinatra all year—now it’s time to eat the cake, baby!!!
The Sinatra Centennial is upon us, and we need to thank authors Pete Hamill and James Kaplan for their insight, Leo’s and Little City for their hospitality and both the Hoboken Historical Museum and the Hoboken Public Library for “spreading the news.”
There’s a lot going on in Hoboken for Frank Sinatra’s birthday, so pay attention…
With the beautiful, Palm Springs-like weather today, it’s a great chance to take the Sinatra Self-Guided Walking Tour.
At the Hoboken Historical Museum, there’s a full slate of activities up to and beyond the big birthday:

Or head on over to Piccolo’s for a cheesesteak with Patty Boy—you know Frank will be playing there…
Then at St. Francis Church this Sunday evening, December 13th, the 6:00 p.m. Mass will commemorate the centennial of Frank Sinatra at the Church where he was baptized – St. Francis Church – 3rd and Jefferson – Hoboken, NJ….the little Church with the big heart.
Or just stay home and cook some pasta… Frank has a recipe.
Whatever you do, enjoy yourself. That’s what Frank would have wanted.
“May you live to be a hundred, and may the last voice you hear be mine.”
Cent’anni, Frank…
