HARLOW HOBOKEN: So Much More Than Trader Joe’s
Look… obviously we’re all excited here in Hoboken about our Trader Joe’s. We love our Unsweetened Sunflower Seed Spread as much as the next guy (only $4.99 for a 16-ounce jar!!!).
But what also needs to be acknowledged here is the building at 1330 Willow Avenue that will house that Unsweetened Sunflower Seed Spread (and so much more)…
Harlow Hoboken is a stunning luxury rental building on Hoboken’s desirable uptown edge—an area that is seeing some of the most forward-thinking development in the New York Metro region. The brand new luxury rental residences available at Harlow offer unsurpassed style, with a focus on convenience, space and accessibility.
The six-story residential portion of the building features an expansive mix of studio-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences—each outfitted with high-end finishes, and complimented by a wide variety of amenities and services for residents—including a 24-hour concierge; an outdoor pool and landscaped deck; a state-of-the-art fitness center; children’s play room; common rooftop terrace with barbeques, fire pits and lounge areas; a resident lounge with WiFi, flat screen TVs, pool table and seating areas; multiple business centers; a package room for deliveries; bike storage and an on-site parking garage.
Parking is an omnipresent concern here in Hoboken, and while two-dozen street parking spots were compromised in the development of the building, Harlow’s on-site parking garage will not only accommodate residents but also offer scores of public parking spaces—vital to the neighborhood’s ongoing commercial renaissance.
A mixed-use retail/residential building like Advance Realty‘s Harlow—which brings so much more to a community than just a block of apartments—demonstrates how development can be done purposefully, in a way that benefits the entire city while offering residents a remarkable quality of life in a wonderfully vibrant location.
“The northwest corner of Hoboken has become a thriving neighborhood, and Harlow is now a huge part of the community here,” says Jennifer Giattino, Hoboken City Council President. “We’re thrilled to see years of work by Advance Realty and by the City, County and State come to fruition with the opening of this building.”
…and there’s a Trader Joe’s. Did we mention that?
I’m pretty sure we’ve mentioned that…
