WE’RE HIRING — Part-Time Ad Sales

Hoboken Free Press, the publisher of hMAG, is seeking part-time advertising sales professionals to assist with the growth of our publication.

By part-time we mean “work roughly 15-20 hours per week”—we don’t mean “treat it like a hobby.”

We need dedicated, professional sales personnel with:

• demonstrable sales experience, applicable to local publishing
• an intimate familiarity with Hudson County
  
• a strong and genuine desire to excel in the position

This job will be easy for those who come in with the right skill set, and impossible for those who attempt to fake it. That said, we encourage only serious and qualified individuals to apply.

We could say something like “unlimited income potential,” but that sounds too Ponzi…

There is no base salary—strictly commission. Basically, you get out of it what you put into it.

We’re all putting a lot of effort into hMAG right now, and there is a legitimate opportunity for the right person to do well with our organization as we grow.
