hMAG Meets with Boy Scouts of America Pack 146

Ask any media professional, and they’ll tell you that the key to success is finding out what the young people are into.

In an effort to do a little readership outreach survey, hMAG was able to meet with Boy Scouts of America – Cub Scout Pack 146 Monday night.

Part of the Three Rivers District within the Northern New Jersey Council, Pack 146 is chartered by St. Francis Church. Meetings are held every Monday from September through June at the Hoboken Jubilee Center (601-603 Jackson Street). Scouts in Grades 1-5 are eligible to learn new skills, play games, go camping, go hiking, contribute to the community, and earn great awards.

Tiger Cubs meet 7:00-8:00 PM.
Wolves, Bears, & Webelos meet 7:00-8:00 PM.

Sitting with the Tiger Cubs last night, hMAG had a very frank and productive discussion. If our publication wants to resonate at all with the vital 7-8 year-old metropolitan male demographic, we need to focus more on the following topics:

Noted, gentlemen—thank you so much for letting us sit in on your meeting, and thanks for listening to our presentation on how we come up with our print and online publications.

The Scouts are proud to be marching in the Hoboken Memorial Day Parade—taking place THIS WEDNESDAY, May 20 at 6:00 along Washington Street.

For further information about joining Pack 146, contact Cubmaster Norman Kasser.
