JET.COM DOUBLES-DOWN ON HOBOKEN: E-Commerce Juggernaut Expands HQ in ‘Silicon Square’

So how’s Jet.com doing? By the looks of things, pretty darn good…

After opening its corporate HQ right here in Hoboken last year, SJP Properties today announced that the e-commerce venture has agreed to expand its headquarters at Waterfront Corporate Center III—doubling the size of its corporate offices by an additional 40,000 square feet, for a total of 80,000 square feet.

SJP’s mixed-use business center, Waterfront Corporate Center III was developed in partnership with USAA Real Estate Company, and recently achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
