KNOW WHEN TO HOLD ‘EM: Hoboken Catholic Academy Poker / Blackjack Night — FRIDAY, JANUARY 26th
Hoboken Catholic Academy will be hosting its annual Texas Hold ‘Em/Blackjack Night on Friday, January 26 in the school gym (555 7th Street). Doors open at 6:30, gaming starts at 8:00.
Ticket prices include a buffet dinner, open bar*, and access to player instructional tables at the beginning of the event.
The initial buy-ins purchased in advance will be $100 for poker (with a $1,000 chip incentive) and $40 for blackjack. Buy-ins for tournament tickets at the door will be $125 for poker, $50 for blackjack. Re-buys will be available for Poker and blackjack as the evening progresses and the blackjack tables will be open all evening for those who exit the poker tournament early or are not poker players.
Non-players are welcome to partake in food, drink and camaraderie to attend as spectators for $25 ($30 at the door).
The top three players at the table will win Visa Cash Cards valued at $1,500, $1,000 and $500 respectively. The other winners at the table will win restaurant gift cards. The winners of each round of blackjack will receive a $25 Visa Cash Card and a chance to win the grand prize, a flat screen TV. The grand prize drawing will take place at the end of the evening.
50/50 raffle (tickets available at the event) will also be part of the fun.
