Leading Hoboken Realtor Expands Into Jersey City

Century 21 Innovative has called Hoboken “Home” for the past 28 years. Under owners Jessica and Rob Ranieri, they have now expanded their operations—opening up another office in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City.

“We decided to set up shop in Paulus Hook specifically because the neighborhood is a great compliment to our brand and franchise,” says Joe Stingone, Managing Broker of the new office. “Century 21 is a world-class international brand and Century 21 Innovative is a top-brand franchise here in New Jersey. Our goal is to bring our localized, world-class real estate brokerage services to all of Jersey City via our new home in Paulus Hook.”

While many would casually lump the Hoboken and Jersey City markets in together, Century 21 Innovative recognizes the need for specialization.

“Although the Hoboken and Jersey City real estate markets are similar in terms of the clients we serve and overall supply constraints affecting both markets,” says Stingone, “the differences are most evident in the scale of development in Jersey City and the diversity of its neighborhoods. Hoboken is much smaller and ultimately it’s a lifestyle choice when deciding where to live.”
