SIZZLING IN THE KITCHEN: HobokenGirl Singles Cooking Class at Hudson Table — Wed, Feb. 10

Hudson Table and Hoboken Girl have teamed up to present young, Hoboken singles with an exciting way to spend Valentine’s Day this year. The “Sizzling In The Kitchen: A Young Singles Cooking Class & Mixer” will be held at Hudson Table on Wednesday, February 10th from 7:00–10:00PM.

In creating an alternative to the traditional bar scene, this event offers a fun, laid-back way for singles, ages 25-39, to meet new people while expanding their skills in the kitchen.  This event will be limited to 12 men and 12 women. Tickets are $105 each and include light welcome snacks and a hands-on cooking experience under the direction of the in-house culinary instructor.

Attendees will spend the evening preparing a decadent three-course meal to include: clams casino, roasted brussel sprouts with pancetta, individual beef wellington, and molten lava cake with raspberry coulis.

Guests at this BYOB event will sip their favorite wine or spirit while savoring their meals as they dine together at community tables.  They’ll walk away with new cooking techniques, recipes, and maybe a date for Valentine’s Day as well.

This event will be limited to 10 men and 10 women. Tickets are $110 per person and include light welcome snacks and a hands-on cooking experience under the direction of the in-house culinary instructor.
