Another “rain event” here in Hoboken yields another “flood event,” as the streets turn to rivers this morning.

The flooding was localized in the back of town, where it’s an all-too-common occurrence.

The City of Hoboken is in the midst of implementing flood mitigation programs, including a pump that targets the back of town and the over-arching Rebuild By Design plan.
