St. Francis Hoboken is holding their third annual ‘A Wing & A Prayer’ cook-off at the Elk’s Club (1005 Washington Street) on Saturday, Feb 28 at 6:30pm. Attendees will be tasked with judging and crowning the “Best Chicken Wings in Hoboken”—not something that should be taken lightly.

Last year’s winner, Carpe Diem Pub & Restaurant, puts their divine wings on the line against:
