Hoboken Water Main Break at 16th & Willow

That helicopter that has been hovering overhead since 6:30 on what must be an otherwise slow news morning means only one thing…

HOBOKEN WATER MAIN BREAK!!!

Suez is on scene responding to broken water main near Willow & 16th. Willow Ave bridge remain open to traffic at this time.

There are no outages currently reported, and while the bridge does remain open to traffic, be advised that there is a significant back up in that area.

Residents are obviously concerned as to whether or not the water is safe to drink. The City of Hoboken assures us:
