Golf Outing for Xavier Thomas Ross, hosted by Carpe Diem and Hoboken Rotary — Monday, July 27
Carpe Diem Charity Fund in partnership with The Rotary Club of Hoboken ask for your support to help little Xavier Thomas Ross & his family as he battles a difficult heart condition.
Xavier Thomas Ross was born on May 28, 2011 in the special delivery unit at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Xavier was born without his left ventricle. He was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), he was essentially born with half a heart. In order to survive, babies born with HLHS must undergo a series of 3 open heart surgeries to reconstruct their hearts so their right ventricle can do the work of both.
His serious medical condition has placed his family in a difficult financial position.
On Monday, July 27, there will be a fundraiser golf tournament at Beaver Brook Country Club in Annandale, NJ. Transportation is available to and from Hoboken.
