House of ‘Que Coming to Hoboken Waterfront

Down in Austin, they take their BBQ seriously—just ask this woman who recently threatened to stab her brother with a butcher’s knife over some ribs. (Frankly, that seems like a legitimate response…)

Bringing a similar, albeit less homicidal enthusiasm for authentic Austin barbeque, House of ‘Que will be opening up on Hoboken’s Waterfront in the weeks to come.

Typically, Austin-style BBQ involves slow-smoked beef brisket, sausages, ribs and chicken—straight from the pit. House of ‘Que will be bringing all this and more to 340 Sinatra Drive here in Hoboken, as the city’s Waterfront dining and nightlife scene continues to evolve.

Applicants are required to have 3+ years experience in the hospitality industry.
