Hear ye, hear ye…

While the Village Pourhouse Hoboken turned out it’s drinking light earlier this summer, the doors at 205 1st Street will swing open again this week, as The Inn makes its debut.

“We’ll be open on Saturday for the Penn State game,” says proprietor Sean McGarr, “then we’re having our grand opening on Thursday (September 5).”

The last of the Village Pourhouses, the Hoboken bar and restaurant has undergone a few changes over the past few years—previously known as O’Donoghue’s before the Pourhouse came in, then running as Little Town Social for a period before returning to the Pourhouse layout once again.

“I wanted to try something a little different,” said McGarr, in a conversation with hMAG. “The new menu will feature a lot of the old favorites, but with some interesting new additions as well.”

The Inn will reportedly feature 32 taps, including a microbrew selection, and will also have a cocktail menu. Changes to the interior include a new bar and a number of aesthetic changes.
