A total of 28 condos came to market in Hoboken and 20 new listings hit in downtown Jersey City. This brings the available number of properties to 98 in Hoboken and 104 in Downtown JC. 4 of the new listings are already under contract. So we are starting to see more activity. The weather this weekend will be Spring-like so if you are in the market to buy or sell, this weekend will be a great time to visit some of the Open Houses being hosted in the area.

13 new listings. The average price is $583,566 and the average price per sq/ft is $750.

4 properties closed. The average price was $462,625 and the price per sq/ft was $650.

New Listings:
12 new Listings. The average price is $809,211 the average price per sq/ft is $758.
Sold Properties:
3 properties closed. The average price was $760,000 and the average price per sq/ft was $670.

1 new listings. The price is $780,000 and the price per sq/ft is $561.
